2024 Earl Norton Student Scholarship Application
Purpose:
The purpose of the Earl Norton Student Scholarship is to provide a full conference
scholarship for college students majoring in a related field to attend the 2024 IECA Annual
Conference and Expo from February 25-28 in Spokane, WA. Recipients of the scholarship can
use the funds for the cost of full conference registration. Please fill out the questions below
and review/submit the appropriate materials.
Criteria (all applicants must):
o Be a college student majoring in an erosion prevention and sediment control related
field

o Resume
o A letter of recommendation
Deadlines:
o Submit complete application via email no later than Friday, January 5, 2024
o Scholarship recipients will be notified no later than Friday, January 12, 2024
