Are you a student or interested in research, news, and opportunities at IECA's University Partners?
“Through the IECA South East Chapter I have had the opportunity to meet leaders and professionals thoughout the industry that will help advance my career as an engineer. Through discussions at these events, I am encouraged to continue to act as an advocate for better erosion and sediment control practices throughout the engineering and construction industry.”Dakota Basham, EIT, Auburn University
Thank you for your interest in the University Partners Initiative.
University Partners is an informal relationship between IECA and universities and colleges that offer courses in the fields related to Erosion Control, Soil Science, Hydrology, Landscape Architecture, Geology, and Professional Engineering.
The overall objective of this program is to introduce young professionals to our association and provide a means for them to interact in an educational environment with industry professionals who make up IECA membership. It is our hope to forge strong relationships with our University Partners and strengthen IECA education with the inclusion of university research.
